By using Tadone ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Tadone is a life cycle tracker that helps you manage recurring tasks. The Service is available as a web app and on the Google Play Store.
You may use Tadone without an account (local storage only). Signing in with Google enables cloud sync and additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Pro subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy according to their refund policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the Service, or using the Service for illegal purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tadone and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
